Terms of Service_

Last updated May 2026. By using Flick Engineering services you agree to these terms.

1. What Flick Engineering does

Flick Engineering LLC ('Flick', 'we', 'us') provides a service that assists users in submitting applications to the Apple App Store and deploying websites via Cloudflare Pages. We act as a technical intermediary — we do not own, control, or take responsibility for the content of submitted applications or websites.

2. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content, functionality, and legality of any application or website you submit through Flick. You must own or have the legal right to submit the code you provide. You agree not to submit applications that violate Apple's App Store Review Guidelines, contain illegal content, infringe on third-party intellectual property, or facilitate harm to users.

3. Payment and refunds

Flick charges a $1/month membership fee and a per-submission launch fee charged only after a successful build. Subscription fees are non-refundable. Launch fees are charged only after a successful build is confirmed — if your build fails, you are not charged. Apple review decisions are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds once a build has been successfully submitted.

4. Apple App Store submissions

All apps submitted through Flick are published under the Flick Engineering LLC Apple Developer account. Flick Engineering is the publisher of record for all apps submitted through our service. Apple's review decisions are final and outside our control. We make no guarantee that submitted apps will be approved by Apple.

5. Your code and data

You retain full ownership of your code and intellectual property. Flick requests read-only access to your GitHub repository solely for the purpose of building and deploying your project. We do not store, sell, or share your code with third parties. We may retain build logs for debugging purposes for up to 30 days.

6. Service availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Build queue times may vary based on demand. We are not liable for delays caused by Apple's review process, GitHub outages, or other third-party services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, submit illegal content, abuse our systems, or attempt to circumvent our security measures. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Limitation of liability

Flick Engineering LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Flick Engineering in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
