Official email only

Flick Engineering communicates exclusively via email. Our two official addresses are dev@flick.company for technical support and build questions, and legal@flick.company for legal inquiries, abuse reports, and DMCA notices. We will never contact you through any other channel.

No social media accounts

Flick Engineering has no official accounts on Twitter, X, Instagram, TikTok, Discord, Reddit, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, or any other social media platform. Any account on any platform claiming to represent Flick Engineering or Flick_ is not affiliated with us in any way.

Impersonation reporting

If you encounter an account, website, or individual claiming to be Flick Engineering on social media or any other channel, please report it to legal@flick.company immediately. Include a link or screenshot of the impersonating account. We take impersonation seriously and will take action.

We will never ask for your password

Flick Engineering will never ask for your password, your GitHub credentials, or your payment information via email. If you receive a message asking for any of these, it is not from us. Please report it to legal@flick.company immediately.

Your code is safe

Flick Engineering only requests read access to your GitHub repository. We never write to, modify, or delete your code. We use your code solely to build and deploy your project. Your repository remains under your full control at all times.

Abuse reports

To report abuse, illegal content, or a violation of our terms of service, email legal@flick.company with as much detail as possible. We review all reports and respond within 48 hours.
